Monthly Challenge Overview
Join our Wanderlust Yoga Challenge Series. Each month we will be challenging our yogis to step up and stand more fully in their practice and in their lives. We will band together to work hard, dig deep, love big, discover peace, cultivate focus, fulfill our highest aspirations and have a lot of fun!
At the end of each successfully completed challenge, not only will you feel happy, healthy, flexible, focused and strong…you will also receive:
- A buddy pass for a free yoga class for a friend or family member (passes for new students only)
- discounts in our retail boutique
- A Wanderlust Yoga sticker
With the holidays in full swing, practicing yoga can make a big difference in your health and happiness. We are inviting you to a challenge of 15 classes in the month of December. The intention is to start a more consistent practice, build healthy habits for the holiday season, and gear up for a fun winter season.
For the New Year, our challenge invitation is for you to attend 17 classes in the month of January. Committing to a regular practice should make an easy transition into 2016.
February may be a short month but it has enough days to make it our biggest challenge. We invite you to commit to practicing 20 days in the month of February (about 5 days per week). Taking this time for yourself can make a big difference in your life. It can help you to understand yourself better, form strong habits to support your daily life, and reveal a lot about what you truly need.
